This Policy does not apply to third-party websites. Art d’y Voir cannot therefore be held responsible for their privacy policies, procedures or practices.

1. Information Collection

We collect your personal information in several ways, including when you enter your information on our Site, when you create an account, when you book an appointment, when you contact us by phone or email, when you post on our social media accounts, etc. Depending on the circumstances, personal information may include your first name, last name, email address, mailing address, mobile phone number, preferred language, date of birth, wish list, in-store credits and, with your prior consent, in the case of a purchase of prescription glasses or contact lenses on the Site, the health data appearing on the prescription provided before the purchase (“Prescription Information”). If you choose not to disclose your personal information, you may not be able to access certain parts of the Site.

Third-party services
You may have the option of accessing or creating an account using your username and password for certain services provided by third parties (“Integrated Service”), for example using your Facebook account, or of authorizing an Integrated Service to provide us with your personal information or other information about you. By authorizing us to connect you to an Integrated Service, you authorize us to access and store your name, email address and other information made accessible to us by the Integrated Service, and to use and disclose it in accordance with this Policy. Credit card payment
You may need to provide credit card information to complete a purchase on the Site. Our policy is to redirect you to a payment processing portal hosted by a third-party payment service provider. For your protection, we do not retain any credit card information after a transaction has been processed. This means that for future transactions, you will need to re-enter your credit card information. Regarding Prescription Information, it may only be processed by Art d’y Voir with the user’s prior consent and will only be used in connection with a contract for the purchase of prescription glasses, when the user makes this purchase on the Site.

8. Jurisdiction
