Contact Lens Care Tips
To avoid any complications when wearing contact lenses, a few rules should be followed.
Here are the three main guidelines to remind contact lens wearers:
1. Follow the recommended replacement schedule
The most common replacement schedules are: daily, bi-weekly, or monthly. Always keep a box of new lenses on hand to change them on the right date.
2. Care for your lenses every day by carefully following the instructions given
Wash your hands before any handling, renew the cleaning solution in the case daily, close the solution bottle tightly after use, and change the case regularly (each time you buy new solution, for example).
3. Don’t exceed the recommended daily wear time
We recommend a maximum wear time of 10 hours per day. Remove your lenses as soon as you feel discomfort or stinging and put on your glasses to rest your eyes. Be careful — never sleep with your lenses in unless they are specifically designed for that!
